We recently completed a two year project with Brett Metz, General Contractor with Summit Custom Homes. This was an extremely complex build made doubly difficult by the location and the condition of the ‘road’. The build involved moving materials to high elevation on a steep, 3/4 mile, snow packed in the winter, winding road. The building pad was undeveloped and required moving many large boulders to create the desired shape. While we had a general idea of what we wanted to achieve, Brett was able to personally create an effect that surpassed our expectations.
