Having built a custom home before, this time as absentee owners, our priority was selecting a quality builder who would communicate with us during all key stages and stay on schedule within budget. Summit Custom Homes never disappointed us through the entire process! We also found Summit’s design/build approach to be very practical and cost-efficient. When our home was threatened by the 416 Fire during the summer of ’18, Brett worked tirelessly to make sure the home was secured by working side by side with the firefighters and keep us informed during the mandatory evacuation. We were very lucky to have SCH as a partner for our build and have never regretted our decision.

It has now been exactly 9 years since we moved into our Summit custom home in the mountains. While living full time with heavy snow loads and erratic weather has its challenges, our house has held up well thanks to excellent and thoughtful construction.
